Central induction hood with dimensions of 1600x2200x500 mm. It is the perfect solution for capturing almost all the smoke, grease micro-particles and steam released when using the equipment of a professional cooking line.
It works by introducing a volume of fresh air into the hood while extracting the stale air. The induced airflow is channelled in two directions:
- part of it is directed into the hood through a slot, creating an air curtain that forces the stale airflow towards the labyrinth filters.
- at the same time, introducing air into the kitchen prevents a vacuum effect and increases the extraction efficiency of the ventilation system.
The main difference between the induction hood and the induction and make-up air hood is that the induction hood only helps extract stale air (flue gases, greasy steam, smoke etc.) released by cooking equipment, whereas the induction and make-up air hood aids extraction by blowing stale air towards the hood filters, but also provides the required fresh air in the room through diffusers mounted on the side panels
This model is fitted with:
- 1 rectangular extraction connection of 300x300 mm
- 2 rectangular induction connections of 300x200 mm
- 6 labyrinth filters of 500x400 mm
The hood is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and comes as standard with a lighting system and anchoring systems. This range of hoods can be made in various lengths between 1400 - 3000 mm.
