Central cubic hood without fan 2000x2200x450mm, made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel, fitted with 8 stainless steel labyrinth filters, airflow approximately 5550 m3/h. It is fitted with a collecting channel and a grease drain tap. Made with argon-welded joints.
The exhaust outlet has a diameter of 250 mm in the standard version but can be ordered with a square-section outlet. Installation at a height of 1900 mm from floor level is recommended.
