The Valigia del Pizzaiolo - Napoletana Line kit is intended for professional pizza makers and comes in a soft, durable bag. The compact size of this bag, thanks to the detachable handles of the large and small peels, allows it to be placed in a trolley case (tested on a rigid trolley case measuring 86x58x36 cm). The Napoletana Line peels disassemble into 3 pieces and can be used either in a short version (assembling 2 pieces) or a long version (assembling 3 pieces), as required.

The travel set includes:

• 1 x Napoletana Line peel: 33 cm or 36 cm peel, depending on the size chosen, and 150 cm handle.
• 1 x Small Napoletana Line peel: 20 cm or 23 cm peel, depending on the size chosen, and 150 cm handle.
