The Pastella N BAKE neutral pastry display is designed for displaying and storing bakery/pastry products at ambient temperature on an inclined wooden grid surface fitted with a stainless steel crumb tray (dimensions - 900x610 mm).

In the lower part, on the seller's side, this display model is fitted with a rack for pastry trays with a capacity of 20 trays.

The design of this refrigerated display is exceptional, and the materials and finishes used are of the highest quality, all of which make it suitable for use in the most demanding lounges or restaurants.

This model is part of the PASTELLA display line, which includes neutral, refrigerated and heated modules that can be multiplexed (joined together) to create a complex display line. Each temperature range is available in modules of different lengths that can be customised to your preferences.
