SIC9WB ice cream display freezer with 9 x 5 litre VGN pans – Scandomestic is designed for displaying and serving ice cream in gelaterias, cafés, kiosks, retail areas or temporary points of sale.

The unit includes 9 standard VGN stainless steel pans, each with a volume of 5 litres. Each pan measures 360 x 165 x 120 mm, the standard used for serving and organising ice cream in display freezers.

The display has a curved glass front that helps protect the products on display and gives good visibility of the flavours. The sliding glass lids with locking system allow quick access during service and security outside opening hours.

At the back there is storage space for up to 14 filled pans, useful for reserves or for quickly replacing flavours at busy times.

Interior and front LED lighting helps highlight the products on display and allows the front area to be visually customised. The mechanical control is simple to use, and the temperature can be monitored with the externally mounted thermometer, which shows the temperature inside the display.

Static cooling keeps the product at the temperature needed for preserving ice cream, in the range -6/-25°C. The unit uses R290 refrigerant and has climate class 4.

The display is fitted with 4 sturdy castors, 2 with brakes, for easy moving and secure positioning. The night blind helps maintain the temperature when the display is not in use.
